Seriously, a series I waited for a long time to come, started out really bad. I got really, really, bored, fast. But, get very, very great toward the middle. The OP/ED didn't appear, except a snippet of it at the end. So, like I said, bland. But got better, they went to the shrine where a spirit called Tayutayu lives, and her spirits known as Tayutai, and their so cute.
So, Mito started to do a summoning on the shrine, which Tayutayu appeared. Then got angry and Mito told his friend, Ameri, to start the bike (it's a mo-ped but they said bike... dear god) and she did. Soon, it ran into the shrine and broke it in half. Soon, Mashiro appeared out of it, in her spiritual form. Soon, took out a hammer and started to attack the Tayutai, as they are now real, so she can tame them. Soon, they all get in a "military line" and she commands them to obey her. Then she faints.
She's brought back to Mito's house and they are told about the shrine by his grand father. Then, they all go to sleep except Mito, who waits for Mashiro to wake up. She does and calls him her father. Also, note this, she's really, really small. I thought she would be a bit larger from the pics, PVs and that order scene. So, she goes to sleep in his lap and he lays in her the guest room. When they wake up and go check on her, she's naked and stretches in front of them. So cute~ Then Ameri beats Mito and Mashiro gets into her new school uniform. Now, the adventure begins!~
